Greetings BCU Family and new athletes,
It’s time to pull out the running shoes……………..Workout time!!!!! We are inviting new and returning athletes to come out and participate in strength and conditioning training at the Hemingway Park in Carson, CA for the month of October. Strength training will be on Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and some Saturdays 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
